Piano & vocals or live band: ALCAZAR’s live music evenings

À la carte, from the first course to the last
From Monday to Wednesday, everyone is free to compose their own dinner.
Chefs Zouhair Bouhlal and Guillaume Lutard offer a generous menu inspired by the classics of French cuisine, with Mediterranean and contemporary influences.
A few hors-d’œuvres can open the evening. Fish, meat, pasta and dishes to share then allow each guest to build their meal according to their mood.
The menu evolves with the seasons, the produce and the chefs’ inspiration, while following the same principle: clear, precise cooking designed above all for pleasure.
Dinner does not have to follow the running order of a show. It follows the rhythm of the table.

The Grand Bar, before or after the music
The evening can begin before you even reach your table.
At the Grand Bar, order a first cocktail while waiting for the others, make it the meeting point after work or simply decide to stay a little longer than planned.
After dinner, return to the conversation that was left unfinished a few songs earlier.
With its gold accents, marble and enveloping lighting, the Grand Bar has a personality of its own and plays a full part in the early-week ALCAZAR experience.
Sometimes, all it takes is a message: “Meet you at the Grand Bar.”
What happens next can be decided when you get there.

Weeknights deserve a great night out too.

Another way to experience the Grand Hall
From Thursday to Sunday, the Grand Hall becomes the playground of Paris s’éveille.
From Monday to Wednesday, it reveals another side.
The glass roof, stage, forestage and monumental staircase are all still there, but the atmosphere becomes more relaxed. Live music brings the room to life without imposing the structure of a show made up of several tableaux.
That difference is precisely what allows ALCAZAR to live seven nights a week without repeating the same experience every evening.
The same room. A different score.
