Paris s’éveille
Paris s’éveille, the ALCAZAR dinner show in Paris

Six sets throughout dinner
Paris s’éveille is made up of six sets lasting ten to twelve minutes, separated by musical interludes of around ten minutes.
There is no long interval and no rigid separation between the table and the stage.
Performances appear regularly throughout dinner, shifting the focus and gradually bringing a new intensity to the Grand Hall. Between two sets, the meal, conversations and music naturally resume.
A dish is shared. The lights change. A new voice is heard.
Then the show begins again. It does not interrupt the evening.
It becomes its guiding thread.

Dance, song and visual performances
Each performance features at least four female dancers, two female singers, one male singer, one visual performer and/or one host.
Dance brings its energy to the different tableaux. The voices move from one register to another, from iconic songs and contemporary interpretations to more unexpected moments.
Visual performances open up other perspectives: aerial acts, acrobatics or other spectacular disciplines can take over the stage and the heights of the Grand Hall.
The host guides the evening, creates the transitions and maintains the connection between the artists, the guests and the different stages of dinner.
Each discipline has its own moment.
Yet all of them are part of the same celebration.
- 16 dancers

- 9 singers
- 3 visual performers

The Grand Hall as a playground
The show is not confined to a conventional frontal stage.
The stage provides its anchor, but the forestage brings the artists closer to the guests.
The monumental staircase, the tables and the heights beneath the glass roof can all become part of a tableau.
In the Grand Hall, proximity changes the way the show is experienced. The artists’ movements, shifts in lighting and energy of the music circulate between the stage and the tables.
The show can also be felt from other areas of the house, although visibility varies depending on where you are seated. The Mezzanine and its bar, in particular, offer more of an immersion in the overall atmosphere than a complete view of every act.
At ALCAZAR, the stage has its boundaries. The party, much less so.

Paris s’éveille gets a head start
The first guests are welcomed freely between 6pm and 7pm.
At 6.30pm, Paris s’éveille begins.
Dinner then unfolds to the rhythm of the six artistic sequences until 8.30pm, when the tables are released in preparation for the late evening.
To enjoy the show from its very first tableau, arriving before 6.30pm is recommended.
This experience is priced at €90 per person, including: a starter, a main course, a dessert and the Paris s’éveille show.
Drinks are charged separately.
At 8.30pm, there is no need to leave ALCAZAR immediately. Subject to availability, guests can move upstairs to the Mezzanine and its bar and continue the evening over a drink.
Starting earlier does not mean experiencing less. It simply leaves more room for whatever comes next.

Paris s’éveille into the night
From 8pm, the atmosphere changes.
Guests arrive, dinner begins, conversations gather momentum and the Grand Hall prepares to take the stage.
At around 9.15pm, Paris s’éveille takes over the room.
The six sets unfold throughout dinner. Then, as the final tableaux come to an end, no one truly brings the curtain down. The DJ takes over.
Music becomes more present, conversations sometimes move away from the tables and the evening continues until 2am.
This experience is priced at €145 per person, including: a starter, a main course, a dessert, the Paris s’éveille show and the DJ evening until 2am.
Drinks are charged separately.
You come for dinner and the show. You stay because the night has no reason to end.

A show that truly accompanies the table
At ALCAZAR, the show and dinner follow the same score.
The six sets are arranged to preserve the rhythm of the meal, give each dish time to be enjoyed and allow conversations to resume naturally between performances.
The food is therefore not simply an excuse built around the show.
It is one of the essential elements of the experience, alongside the artists, music, setting and service.
The menus evolve with the seasons, the produce and the chefs’ inspiration.
You come to see Paris s’éveille. You also come to share a genuine evening around the table.
