A clear blue sky with a few scattered white clouds

At last, we’re together again.

We’ll all go to ALCAZAR.

Reopening September 1, 2026

ALCAZAR Paris, dinner show and nightlife destination in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

A crowd of people is seated in a restaurant or bar with a dim red ambiance, decorated columns, and a screen displaying "Butler Collection".
The History of the Alcazar

A Paris legend comes back to life

In 1968, Jean-Marie Rivière made ALCAZAR the meeting place for artists, flamboyant personalities and everyone who preferred unpredictable nights to overly scripted evenings.

Today, under the impetus of Walter Butler, the house recaptures that original energy in a completely reimagined setting. Deep red velvet, gold, mosaics, a monumental staircase and a spectacular glass roof create a contemporary theatre where every space can take centre stage.

The past is not being reenacted. It sets the tone.

Seven nights a week, music brings people together

ALCAZAR is alive all week long, but it does not play the same score every night.

From Thursday to Sunday, Paris s’éveille brings the dinner into the show. Artists, music, dance and performances unfold throughout the Grand Hall as the evening gradually builds towards the party.

From Monday to Wednesday, the atmosphere changes. Piano & vocals or live band, depending on the programme: music accompanies the table in a freer format, where guests can dine, have a drink and let the evening naturally continue.

Two rhythms. Two ways to experience ALCAZAR.

One shared desire: to turn every dinner into a night out.

"Paris s’éveille"

From Thursday to Sunday, Paris s’éveille

Beneath the glass roof, the Grand Hall fully embraces its role as a stage once again.

The show unfolds at the heart of dinner through a series of sequences blending song, dance and visual performances. The stage provides the anchor, but the forestage, monumental staircase and soaring volumes of the room can all become part of the performance.

Piano & vocals or live band

From Monday to Wednesday, piano & vocals or live band

At the beginning of the week, ALCAZAR moves to a different tempo.

Dinner is chosen freely from the à la carte menu while, depending on the night, piano & vocals or a live band provides the soundtrack. Music remains at the heart of the evening, while leaving more room for conversation, reunions and whatever the mood suggests.

The party starts on the plate

At ALCAZAR, the food is never simply an excuse for the show.

Chefs Zouhair Bouhlal and Guillaume Lutard offer generous cuisine inspired by the great French classics and designed to match the rhythm of the house.

A Parisian address, above all

ALCAZAR belongs to Saint-Germain-des-Prés: to its artists and regulars, to conversations that run late and to that very Parisian habit of deciding, at the last minute, that the evening is only just beginning.
